It's not looking all rosy for the NWP. At the 12/13/17 NCRA Meeting, Doug Bosco, counsel for NWP Co. as well as a minority part-owner ominously started his operator's report with "Well, we survived another year." Loss of the LPG tank storage contract and lack of carloads only moving twice a week have caused the railroad to struggle to stay afloat.
