yes 10 minutes AND more trains!!!!

what is missing from this and other conversations is that the only way to get more passenger trains running between Portland and Seattle was this Bypass.....BNSF said no more passengers trains on the Point, PERIOD. so please get off the 10 minutes, it is that plus a WHOLE lot more.
