Tacoma Rail serves the freight customers on the [now] Sound Transit owned Point Defiance Bypass. BNSF runs military trains to the JBLM complex, but AFAIK those are unpredictable as to frequency.

There are no 'through' freights using that line, all traffic is originating or terminating.
