There are photographs from the news media clearly showing a "P-30" over a "F-30" sign located immediately preceding the curve.

The advance speed restriction sign is located at 47° 5'28.51"N 122°37'59.96"W and can be seen in Google Earth (approximate address 5708 Wilmington Drive, DuPont, Washington).
