My first Winterail was 1996 when I helped Rob Carlson at the AP table and continued to do so until the year he died—2006 I believe—which is how I met so many of you over the years. I recall one year when I had tickets 2 and 3. Never knew who had #1. :-) Going to Corvallis in March is not as easy for us as going over the hill to Stockton and our age and nuisance health issues put a new spin on it——so we will see, and if possible, will be there to revisit old friends and share the bs and laughs.
