Make IPH great again

Could IPH solve some of their debt issues by selling some unused passenger equipment? Looking at online rosters, it seems they have a couple dozen F-units, but they only seem to use a handful.
Alternatively, some F-units could be sent to passenger ops like MH or Mass Coastal. Tourists would probably prefer something classic to a GP38.
