Not much here that's new. Speed sign(s) were still there.........
No word at all on if they were in dynamic braking or what throttle position they were in, approaching a 30 mph. restriction, on a long stretch of down grade approaching the speed restriction.....?
How long of a period does the inward facing camera record? Did they call out the speed board with someone else in the cab, or report it by radio to the conductor?
I know that some will think that calling speed restrictions and signals is kind of silly when you're alone in the cab (it can be, but....)...and, as I've repeatedly heard the engineer calling restricting signals with the conductor, by radio, on LOSSAN, some folks apparently still do it?
What are the current rules on that, has that changed that much with one man in the cabs?
As I note, not much new here.......less questions "answered", relative to the information and data that they must have gathered by now, from the on-board systems.
I can't wait to see the front facing camera view.........
