In English please?
Yes, Amtrak is able to run TODAY, Thursday, starting mid morning. NOT YESTERDAY, Wednesday as purported by usmc1401. First SB is 786 running about 2 1/2 hours behind the schedule. First NB is 761 purportedly on schedule with all other NB including 11 on schedule.
Yes, UP was able to run the oil train through the area YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, not in the morning as purported by usmc1401.
