I took a look at the Wikipedia article on Seattle trolley buses but could not see much about the electrical systems on their most recent articulateds. It would seem that powering 2 axles would help with their jack-knifing problem. I dunno if they use artics on the hilly routes; SF always had problems with that - lack of adequate hill-climbing power and real rough on those articulation joints on steep hill to flat to steep hill intersections.

Curious that Seattle apparently never bought any postwar GE-equipped Marmon Herringtons, which did very well in San Francisco and Columbus, etc. AFAIK that SF 700 series got sold off to Guadalajara.
