Traffic on former BC Rail lines

I know shortly after CN took over, they routed southbound traffic originating from Exeter and Quesnel areas north to PG and then down the CN to interchange in the lower mainland. Is this still the case, or is through traffic back to rolling through Lillooet and Squamish?

Also, what is current traffic, if any on the Dease Lake line and the Fort Nelson line?
