Years ago I was driving up to Sacramento to long to 99 and saw a box car shimmying back-and-forth like that. I called the dispatcher from the phone number for the Altamonte press timetable and eventually they stop the train and checked it out I don’t know what the outcome of it’s cause. But I know the railroad would appreciate a call if you see something like that. I also gave them the number of the car and roughly where it was on the train.
