Santa Barbara could sure use the early am outbound services I worked on nearly ten years ago, that were needed then to relieve reverse commute congestion on the 101 along the coast......

And, we have not started that much needed additional LOSSAN service because of lack of funding, while we continue to piss away billions of taxpayer dollars, on the clear "need" to address the severe congestion problems in the southern San Joaquin Valley, with HSR from Chowchilla to Wasco.......?

This seems to be going so slowly because they are still missing 5 people, and they appear to be going through this muck on the 101 in a full "search/recovery" mode......and there's a lot of it.
