Question: Alaska/BC/WA Railcar Ferry/Barge Operations

Is anyone aware of any good books that are primarily about, or at least substantially cover in-depth the current and/or former railcar ferry & barge operations in the Pacific Northwest (i.e. Seattle-Alaska, Prince Rupert-Alaska, Vancouver-Vancouver Island, etc.)?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
