Rehabbing of the NWP North Coast Segment Has Begun

According to a post by one of the NWP experts on the NWP railfan website relates that rehabbing of the NCRA-NWP ROW has begun up in the Eureka or Eel River area. Unclear how much work has been done so far. The gist of the post is seeking on information on how much has been accomplished and what the scope of the work is.

Anyone have the details? Google no help.

Part of me believes this is just a lie, considering that the former NWP trackage has churned out more rumors than lumber in recent years.
