In this latest update, the engineer said he saw they wayside signal at 19.8...

Is that the signal Yellow over a Flashing Red that can be seen from I-5 after you past Center Drive Onramp on I-5?

That signal and others North of there have been active Mon and Tuesday this week when I drove along I-5. They were not on Wednesday.
