Why hasn't NWPCo. Been able to serve Sutra? Looks like Bosco doesn't have a lot of power as a Politician, more of a "Show man"...
What about "Phase two to Healdsburg" for Redwood Empire transloading?
Will GGRM cut in a deal with NWP or NCRA?
How much is NWPCo. Paying for the leased GP9 from BUGX they haven't been able to fix? No brainer...
