Not the bonafide synonymouse, el ratonito, known nitwit above. I am astonished anyone would want my handle.

My conjecture is there would be litigation over such an arrangement - I doubt the enabling legislation setting up SMART permits its becoming a common carrier short line, a public entity receiving sales tax subsidy funds in competition with private trucking companies.
