Coast line detours?

Out for a bike ride in Simi valley near the tunnel in corriganville park and a northbound (westbound) long manifest passed by. 3 locos, lots of empty boxcars and centerbeams. Not the Oxnard local, since that passed by already today. Has the looks of a regular west colton to Roseville train. I know Roseville has had some issues lately. Is some traffic spilling onto the coast route? Passed thru simi at 545PM.
