I was able to track down the source, Robert Mueller. Once again I am not Robert Mueller regardless of allegations by an anonymous lurker.

They shared these reports that were obtained via Clipper via public records requests. The data appears legitimate. Here is a direct link where you can download all of the data Mueller obtained:

What I don't have are:

(a) SMART app sales, these appear to be 300-400 weekday riders at best.

(b) a link to the Dowling official projections report so that these Clipper (with adjustments for SMART app sales) ridership figures can be compared so that it can be established if SMART is meeting projections or not.

I would be interested in others' assessment of whether SMART projections are being met.Yesterday the SF Chronicle published a report stating that SMART was meeting or exceeding ridership projections.
