Tempting, but best to follow the law. Guitar Man has left too many traps out, and forgotten where they are at this point. One will snap him soon. But it is frustrating as hell to watch people who do business this way. I've seen it in many businesses from shortline railroads to small businesses. The owner just goes around ordering things he knows he can't pay for, and just relies on enough people not knowing his reputation...yet. Then, when the people come after him to get their money, the mentality is just "Go ahead, sue me" knowing full well the creditor doesn't want to go through the effort for the amount owed or that he's buying time waiting to get taken to court, and frankly doesn't care. I've also watched some of these guys go out of business doing one thing in this manner, and then they turn around and open something else using the same tactics.
