The new BNSF Mississippi River bridge at Burlington, IA is quite an accomplishment. That they built it in the same place with the old 1860s bridge still in service was impressive. BNSF wanted a bridge that would open and close faster to shorten train delays, so it goes up and down almost as fast as an elevator. And Warren got Brock to pay for most of it.
