Yesterday the wind blew down a big tree that opened a hole in the fence of the neighboring farmer and 22 cows got loose in our gated community and did some damage to some gardens. The tree was not on the farmers property. His cows did the damage. Is the owner of the tree lisble or the farmer who owns the cows? These are the things that keep the lawyers in Mercedes.
