The LOSSAN North (track signals etc), Goleta (finally build a real station and storage after all of these years), and additional am/pm peak reverse services have been on Santa Barbara's list for years.

I see the LAUPT runthrough tracks funding appears to be hidden in here, too. That request is just another resounding vote of confidence, in the CAHSRA meeting its funding commitment to the project, by the locals.

Much of the LOSSAN south triple track from LA to Fullerton is nearing completion, Orange County and San Diego County have been "plugging away" at completing their LOSSAN south Double tracking projects, and have just received funding for several remaining projects in the earlier pots, so that request doesn't "jump out" like a couple of these.

I also see special event service to Palm Strings and Indio from LA via Riverside is included here.....but not the $500 million for the tack and connection it would take to get UP to agree.....to allow them.
