Rail is currently being laid for a new spur from Dairymens Coop to the NWP along Lakeville Hwy in Petaluma behind Longs Drugs.

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reported a few days ago that the judge in the Novato lawsuit against the NCRA-NWP encouraged the litigants to settle their differences via negotiations before the next trial date of September 30.
