So how is some housing made affordable?
Small houses on small pieces of land?
Or artificial means, such as raising the price of the rest of the housing to make up a deficit caused by the affordable houses/units?
And if so isn't the property tax raised "artificially" as well?
Or what?

Concentrating development near transit stops does seem to be a good idea- but I spose the @#$%& is in the details, as always
