I recall PRS owns one of the original Hi - Levels, the ones with the upper windows slanted inward. Amtrak HEP'ed it and installed crew dorms in the stairway end.
The biggest issue with the Hi - Levels is trying to locate parts for the trucks. Same with their Full - length dome car.
