Note the locomotives is being sold as a lot together with the two steam donkeys, two tanks, and eight other pieces of miscellaneous logging parts also housed on site. Buyer is responsible for removing all of said artifacts within 180 days and repairing all damage to grounds caused by removal. Interesting to note the locomotive is the last item to be removed, and the larger of the two donkeys the second to last. Interesting provisions.
