Thanks for the reply.

Interesting to learn about the left-handing running track.

I am sure the SP put a lot of engineering effort into that signal system to optimize such things as traffic density, flow, velocity, and all that. I wonder if train dispatchers prefer the way it was over the changes that UP has made?
