Railfair at CSRM??

Does anyone know if there are any chances that the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento will hold another Railfair celebration once again like they did back in 81, 91 and 99? Are there politics that are keeping this from happening?? Money issues?? To many issues or challenges in getting all the big engines like the 4449, 3751 or others to Sacramento now over todays railroads??
