Tri-CIty Railroad

What is the deal with Tri-city Railroad in Richland, WA. They have not gone to Kennewick/Finley, WA since about mid November of last year. UP comes out once and often times twice a day to Richland now. Mid morning and at night hauling usually 20+ cars of mostly reefers,grain and food grade oil. I just see TCRY engines sitting at their shops in Richland and about three at the giant Preferred Freezer facility. Obviously UP and TCRY aren't playing nice anymore. I do see TCRY doing track work and track inspections all the time though. Anyone know what is going on?
