Clem, where did you learn to read s spread sheet?

Looks like/18 $5.4 billion to the end of FY-17/18 to me. Are you confusing the ARRA and ARRA match table to date with total project expenditure?

I'm sorry, nice try, though. Unfortunately, this spread sheet actually answers none of those questions about future costs, operable components, operating plan (and how what we are building allows for implementation of that system operating assumption), nor any of the questions I asked about credible demand forecasts, that we are purportedly designing and building this system to meet.

This is a spread sheet of past expenditures, from FY-06/07 to FY-17-18 and does not identify the amounts of current and future contractual obligations, cost for final delivered segments, nor the current and projected future year cost overruns, recently reported. We also will need future expenditure estimates and time frames for component delivery, not just the past totals.

Thanks for posting this, though. This is one very small and incomplete piece of data, which does not actually answer any of the questions I asked.
