Cardinal Glass, Winlock WA. When switched?

When does the Cardinal Glass plant on the spur between Napavine South and Winlock get switched? I am assuming its the BNSF Tacoma-Longview train that switches it? I know the UP switches the mill in Winlock and the reload at Napavine.... lately with 3 SD40N's to boot... but I have never seen anyone up at the glass plant.
