Interesting thought on Guitar Man's offer above-- there is a significant amount of mainline-ready passenger equipment in his hands. How much he actually owns or there isn't a lien on is probably the better question, but these steam organizations who relied on a shared pool of passenger equipment to operate their excursions could benefit from acquiring some of that equipment for themselves if it can be done. That would also be a graceful exit for Guitar Man, helping historical preservation organizations have rolling stock to operate excursions where they can without having to rely on ferry moves of equipment.
