Back to railroading ... GE in Kazakhstan

The interesting thing to me is the mention of to "include the delivery of 300 shunter locomotives", "The first two shunters are expected to be delivered in 2019, with the remainder to be delivered over the next 10 years."
So now the question - what is GE going to deliver as a switch engine and what is the diesel prime mover going to be? Cat is probably out because of Progress/EMD, maybe Cummins, the GE 6-cylinder FDL or GEVO(?) that never was used that I know of, GE's Jenbacher, or a European design (Deutz, MTU, etc.)? GE hasn't built an SL series loco in decades, and the only Class 1 type switch engine they built was the SG10/15B and stillborn U18BT.
