While it seems all encompassing it’s rather vague and like I said, you’re aggregating news links. The crack in your armor would be publishing links from unreliable sources and unverified ones. Major news media, Trains.com, professional transportation railroad industry sites are your typical fare and don’t seem like a problem for you to keep linking.


The message Board itself does not fall into the scope of social media by conventional means like say Facebook or Instagram. One can argue that yes it gets social, and yes there’s media posted, but this is a discussion board, and the legality of it falling into that term is up for debate I’d like to think. The folks who are experts in the first amendment would have some strong arguments against banning this site I’d think.
