In its rebuilt configuration the short hood back section houses some tools; spare parts (knuckles and air hoses mostly)plus the old MICOR radio on a wall bracket. Towards the cab is a toilet and stretcher compartment.

It may have had a steam generator originally along with the 6-wheel trucks but all traces are long gone.
