Sources mention 1946 and 1957 as the end of the line to Jaroso. After that, the remaining +/-2 miles was in operation until the late 90s.
It seems that the San Luis and Rio Grande took over the line and used it for car storage and car dismantling.
The last time I was there, the old homebuilt diesel was still on the property. Unknown what exists today.
