The short answer for now is "no"... funds to upgrade the track to Class I to be legal for passenger operation would be better spent on maintaining our four bridges.

Not to say if someone came along with a bunch of cash upgrading the track would be a higher priority.

Right not the branch is at capacity and any passenger operation would require additional storage track as well as loading facilities.
