Hypothetically speaking...could you even load an excursion train along 99E, say a platform between the track and 99E using the Fairgrounds parking lot? Or is that UP property and out of the question?

I doubt you'd get Fred Meyer to allow you to use their parking lot, so I'm not sure where else to place a boarding station unless you bought some land for it (just another expense).

Now if the track continued all the way into Molalla...
