My drone (as I understand is the same for most) has no microphone. I'd imagine that even with the best directional mic, it would still record mostly the drone.
My audio is captured from an iPad that runs the control app for the drone, and sometimes from a separate camera placed just for the audio. At some point I'll get a higher quality stereo audio recorder. In all cases these are stationary mics. So, there's a lot of audio editing to make it appear to reasonably follow the train.
