Activity On North End Of SJVR?

Does anyone know the current level of activity on the SJVR Y-shaped route that extends west from Fresno to Oxalis and Burrell? Several years ago I looked at a feed facility at Burrell, and a local said there's a weekly train that serves it. I checked Oxalis, Mendota, and Firebaugh on Google satellite and saw no cars spotted anywhere. Can anyone fill in any info here? Regular jobs and shippers?
