Build more housing?, where is the water, land fills, and utilities going to come from?
There is not enough transit now to take the load off the current roads and freeways, (gridlock on the 405 at 2:30 AM!!)
All California has to do is pass more tougher anti-business laws and regulations, raise taxes and fees (like workers comp), and that will drive out jobs and taxpayers, reducing the need for more housing, and eventually as homes, condos and apartment have more vacancies the prices will drop, and gridlock will only be at peak times on certain routes
