Never saw it ever move freight. SP then latter UP did/does all the switching work for the Port. While the PV’s were at the port it was always parked across from sims at the end of Hinan Rd. After the PV cars left it got parked where it is currently been sitting next to Warf at the end of Beeger Rd for 10+ years.
