Found this video of a guy filming RR employees just to make some kind of point that it is legal to do so. The RR employees are annoyed but seem to take it all in stride and shrug it off.
The real problem is that the guy shooting the video is an obnoxious jackass. Why harrass railroad employees just to make some kind of point? I don't want to be filmed doing my job! His antics make it harder for the rest of us who respect railroad employees and railroad property and just want to have an enjoyable day trackside with our cameras. Thank this guy if a railroad employee around Tehachapi gives you a middle finger next time you visit.
