I'm sure this one will quickly spin into a photographers' rights discussion, but this guy was a straight up dick. Those UP guys did everything they were supposed to-- DHS has all this "See something, say something" training out there the employees have to take. What was going on was beyond normal, so they called them in. They didn't try to physically confront the guy or anything inappropriate. They did the right thing and made the call to let people trained in this stuff deal with the whistledick. And the cops came out to have a look, and no one got arrested or their camera confiscated.
