I've seen some of this guys other videos on YouTube. He's not a railfan. He will walk on the sidewalk in front of police stations, federal buildings and military bases always carful to remain on "public land". He preaches the 1sr amendment but he uses it as cover for being an A**H***. All he wants is attention
