To what rebuilds are you referring here? The closest thing I can think of to what you describe is the Santa Fe GP7u rebuilds, which had the "Topeka cabs."

Pioneer Railcorp is going to be your best bet for Q GP20s. 2053, 2054, and 2057 (913, 918, and 921).
