Just to let some of you and other retired SP/UP employees know that
Clemente F. Macias has retired from the UP unscathed and in good health
at 65 years old and with 40 years in service from SLO.

We wish him and Teddy, his wife green signals and good health and prosperity
for the next 40 years. Clemente join the SP out of LA division in 1978, which included
Bakersfield as a brakeman and trainman and worked hard and qualified as a good SP
Conductor and moved to SLO with the Bakersfield bunch for better lifestyle and
better place to raise a family in 1999, Roseville hub Agreement day.

Now if we can get rid of Dave Carson and other Prior rights SP Enginemen and
Trainmen and get those Fresno/Bakersfield 75 percenters over there to
have MOP Johnson and Barlow have at them.
