Oh, Argonaut -- your thread title is superb!! Thread Title Of The Year! LOVE it!

SO glad you got to see and photograph those Santa Fe semaphores back then! And I am very glad that you have an actual Santa Fe semaphone -- cool! Does it have its finial? Hope so! Does it work? Did you keep all of the original very tall (30 feet?) mast? What part of the Santa Fe did it come from? TIA!

That is a pretty cool video -- and the first one I have seen that shows the semaphoe blades in action.
