Fillmore and Western Bridge Gone

So F&W had a couple flat cars delivered to Santa Paula earlier this year...
did they make it to Fillmore before the bridge disappeared?
What happened to the bridge (east end of Santa Paula at the 126 xing), washed out or structurally unsound and had to be removed?
When is the missing bridge going to be replaced... did Ventura County approve the funds yet?
